Bruce Martyn - Class of 1998

after starting his radio career at WSOO in 1950, Bruce Martyn was the voice of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings for 31 years (1964-95).  He was also a free lance broadcaster, covering Michigan State University football, the NBA's Detroit Pistons and golf.  He was selected to the NHL Hockey Hall of Fame in 1991 and Michigan Sports Hall of Fame in 1996.
