Herman "Winks" Gundlach - Class of 1973

a Houghton High football captain and the first Harvard player in the NFL with the old Boston Redskins.  A two-way guard known as "Iron Man," he competed three years at Harvard, captained the 1934 team, and played in the 1935 College All-Star game.
