Scott Garceau - Class of 2004

A career that began as a teenage sportscaster for WJPD Radio in his hometown eventually carried Scott Garceau to broadcasting professional events.  The former WLUC-TV sports anchor in Marquette did play-by-play of the Baltimore Orioles for more than a decade for WMAR-TV and covered the 1983 World Series, then he handled play-by-play for the NFL's Baltimore Colts and Baltimore Ravens, USFL's Baltimore Stars and CFL's Baltimore Stallions.  He broadcast the Super Bowl and has handled coverage of the Preakness, the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, NCAA Final Four and women's U.S.  Open golf.  He was also sports director at KGGM-TV in Albuquerque, N.M.
